Women's Amber 44 from Gregory is a daypack with an adjustable back for women. The VersaFit carrying system with an adjustable back and perforated 3D foam in the back and shoulder straps offers good breathability, and the lightweight frame provides good weight distribution. 

The Amber is top-loading but also has a bottom opening so that you can easily access the items at the bottom of the backpack. A shove-it pocket made of stretchy mesh fabric on the front allows you to quickly grab your shell jacket if the rain starts.
