Mountaineer 42 is a waterproof pack from Jack Wolfskin that was developed in collaboration with the mountain guides at the Alpine School Innsbruck and has a slim shape for better manoeuvrability on difficult terrain. The packs in the MOUNTAINEER series were specifically designed for mountain sports with packing options for all your equipment. Your trekking poles and ice axe can be lashed to the front the pack, so they’re easy to grab when you need them. Your map goes in the side pocket, shell jacket in the lid pocket and sun block in the handy little pocket on the waist belt. The main compartment is waterproof and features a roll-top closure system. The stow pouch for your water bladder is accessed via a zip at the back. The anchor-shaped zip pullers make it very easy to open and close the pack.
