High Mountain Map Ähpar & Rapadalen 1:25,000 from Calazo Publishers is one of three unique maps with a level of detail that has never before been seen over Sarek. The terrain information in the map is based on airborne laser scanning. For the first time, slopes, large rocks, forests, and watercourses are depicted with an accuracy that truly reflects reality. The current extent of the glaciers has been developed in collaboration with the Department of Physical Geography at Stockholm University.

Calazo has determined that the best material for a map is Tyvek®. It is made of a synthetic fiber that makes the map completely resistant to water and highly tear-resistant. A Tyvek map does not tear at the folds or lose its color when used.
