
Pesto rolls with feta cheese

Ingredients:
- 1 pk ready-made large pizza dough
- 1 can pesto (green or red)
- 150 g feta cheese
Topping
- olive oil, 100 g pumpkin seeds
Meal preparation:
- Set the oven to 220 degrees. Roll out the pizza dough. Spread pesto on half the long side, crumble on feta cheese and fold.
- Cut into pieces of about 3 centimeters wide. Then cut them in half, but leave the top part together. It kind of looks like a pair of pants (with a little imagination…).
- Now twist the pieces around each other, place on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
- Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes or until the rolls are nicely colored and fully baked.
