Shoulders are tucked in, but still comfortable for unrestricted movement. The reason why it's not loose around the shoulders is to limit warmth leaks. The vest is fully lined, opens with a front zip and has secure hand pockets. It is made of PrimaLoft® Silver Insulation and is easily packable.
