American GSI Outdoors was founded by siblings Don, Ian and Kathy Scott in 1985. The family-owned company manufactures technical, innovative and fun kitchen tools for outdoor use that will last for generations. GSI Outdoors' philosophy is that food brings us together, sustains our adventures and that of course food tastes better when it is both prepared and eaten outdoors.
